The TopClass shuttle is a collective transfer service on request, active every day at all hours and covers the following routes: – from Lamezia Terme airport to the urban area of Cosenza ** and / or vice versa – from Paola railway station to Cosenza urban area** and / or vice versa.

If you find other passengers on board, the individual fare will be reduced according to the following scheme:

Rates are per route per person and include 10% VAT.The payment of the service takes place directly on board, in cash or by debit and credit card (Visa and Mastercard circuit).
In the case of scheduled flights arriving after 23:00 and pick-ups before 6:00, the services are confirmed with a nightly supplement of € 20.00 to be added to the basic collective rate.
If at least one other adult passenger is present at the time of travel, the supplement will not be charged!
** The urban area of Cosenza includes the municipalities of: Cosenza, Rende (excluding the historic center), Castrolibero (excluding the historic center), Montalto Uffugo (excluding the historic center).

How does it work?
The first passenger pays the ordinary rate. All the passengers you take with you will instead pay € 15 each . For having applied the rate it is necessary that the reservation is unique and contextual for all.
The “Bring a friend” rate can be combined with the “free children” rate, but the same rate is not reduced based on the number of passengers on board.
The “Bring a friend” rate is valid for the routes covering Lamezia Terme APT, it is not valid for Paola FS and cannot be combined with the “No waiting” rate

We thought of families with a tariff plan dedicated to children:
Children under 12: free
From 12 years up to 18 years old if accompanied by at least one adult: 10 € (vat inc.)
To apply the rates it is necessary that the reservation is unique and contextual for adult (s) and child (ren).
Rates can be combined with the “ Bring a friend ” rate.
The TopClass collective shuttle covers exclusively the urban area of Cosenza *.
Do you need the service from or to a municipality that is not among those listed? No problem. The shuttle service extends and comes directly to your home.
When booking, indicate in the free field “useful notes” the exact destination you desired.
If available, the shuttle that will extend to your home will be confirmed.
The cost of the extension is 0.80 euros / cent for each extra km that will be covered outside the service coverage area.
The surcharge is charged per way and not per person.
If available, we will send – in response to the request – the proposal to extend the collective shuttle with the total tariff applied.

The reservation center is open from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.30 from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00).
With less fast response times, there is always an operator in the service who works the requests even outside office hours (the operation and the response mechanics indicated below is formally guaranteed only during office hours).
As soon as the booking is sent, you will receive an automatic summary email.
An e-mail confirming the service is sent by the same day (or no confirmation in the event of unavailability).
The day before the service, an e-mail containing the voucher is sent with the exact time of taking and with the name and telephone number of the assigned driver.
The voucher shows if it is expected to wait for a later flight or in any case the exact time of taking it.
Waiting within 35 minutes is considered normal for a collective transport service (it is always indicated on the voucher so that the passenger can have knowledge of it);
If the wait is over 35 minutes, on the day of the voucher transmission, it is instead previously requested to the customer if he can and wants to accept it; in this case the reduced rate of 50% is always applied. The reduction reaches 65% if the wait exceeds 70 minutes.
For the sake of completeness, we highlight the current statistical data resulting from our records;
Almost 90% of our services take place WITHOUT A WAIT, with passengers arriving or departing on the same flight / train; our mission is to provide a service that, although collective, can be as comfortable as possible.
In fact we use cars or small buses never more than 8 seats, to avoid waiting and we almost always manage to respect our luxury shuttle mission!
